Phil Spector’s Pyrenees Castle home has sold for $3.3 million. Built in the 1920s in Alhambra to look like a French aristocratic castle-home with over 8,600 square feet and views of the San Gabriel Valley, it was the longtime home of Phil Spector, who was convicted of murdering Lana Clarkson in 2003. Tim Durkovic of Douglas Elliman represented the seller and the buyer.
