Palm Beach Island Sells $85 Million!

The island sold to developer Todd Glaser and currently includes an estate from 1939. There were a total of four agents involved in the sale: Suzanne Frisbie of Corcoran represented the buyer, Farhad Farman of Compass assisted in representing the buyer, Jim McCann of Premier Estate Properties represented the seller, and Adam McPherson of Douglas Elliman assisted in representing the seller.
