Max owned another home in nearby Palm Beach which he sold in 2018 for $6.79 million. At one time, Bruce owned a home in Wellington, Florida where his daughter, Jessica, is a champion equestrian rider. E Street Band sax-player, Clarence Clemons, lived on Singer Island just north of Palm Beach until he died in 2011.
