L.A. Home To USC Presidents For Sale!

One of the largest private estates in the L.A. area, home to the University of Southern California presidents for many years, is for sale at $24.5 million. The Seeley Mudd Estate was built in 1934 and in 1979 became the home for USC’s presidential families. The American Colonial-style home was designed by Reginald Johnson and located next to the Huntington Library and Gardens on over seven acres donated by Henry Huntington and General George Patton. The listing agents are Ernie Carswell and Austin Alfieri of Douglas Elliman and Brent Chang of Compass.
