The 20,121-square-foot house, about 25 miles from Nashville, includes seven bedrooms, eleven baths, a family room, movie theater and a children’s room with four built-in bunk beds and good-sized play area. Kelly, who bought the home in 2012, originally listed it at $7.49 million.
