Jennifer originally put the apartment on the market in 2019 at $15.45 million, but the Upper East Side real estate market has slowed down a great deal in the last year. The apartment comes with 4,073 square feet, three bedrooms, five baths, chef’s kitchen, fireplace, built-in ping pong table, city views and a stunning two-story terrace with an outdoor kitchen.
