In 2012, the longtime Walt Disney CEO and Dream Works co-founder built a 26,619-square-foot home on six acres he bought in 2009 for $30 million. It is the third highest price ever paid for a California home trailing Jeff Bezos’ recent purchase of David Geffen’s Warner Mansion at $165 million and Lachlan Murdaugh’s $150 million Bel-Air deal.
