A home for sale in Laguna Beach was once the site of Douglas Fairbanks’ and Mary Pickford’s estate. The two silent-film stars once had a home on the site located on a bluff over the ocean. The $11.5 million listing also includes a Wrigley Stadium preserved stairway to the private beach below. The Fairbanks-Pickford property is a tear down.
