Thanks to higher home prices, U.S. household net worth jumped one percent in the January to March quarter to crack the $100 trillion level for the first time ever. Although stock wealth declined by $400 billion, home values increased by $500 billion. The total value of household wealth, which measures the value of homes and liquid assets minus mortgage and credit card debt, reached $100.8 trillion.
