Orlando Housing Values Up 10%!

While some cities struggle to recover from the housing crash, most have recovered most or all of the value lost since the 2006 peak. Although Orlando average home prices increased 10.1 percent in the past year to an average of $223,700, it is still below the 2006 peak of $265,200.
