According to USA Today, the best county to live in the United States is Falls County, Virginia. The county, a suburb of Washington D.C., has a low poverty rate at 2.7%, low unemployment at 2.8% and a life expectancy of 81.8 years. In second place is Pitkin County, near Aspen Colorado, with a poverty rate of 8.6%, low unemployment at 5.6% and a life expectancy of 85.6 years.
